- Troubleshoot Electronic, Telephone, Audio Programs & Systems
- Remote Program Phone Systems
- Outbound Quality Control Calls
- Inbound Client Tech issues
- Remote Audio Telephony Installs
- Remote load VoIP audio programs
- Inventory Management
- Pack & Ship Equipment
- Process New/Received Equipment
