Speaking Technically: Adjusting your Volume
How do I turn the volume up on my HOLD PLUS system? The volume of the message playing while customers are on hold is just as important as the content. It’s recommended you check the volume of your HOLD PLUS equipment periodically to ensure the volume is not too loud or too soft.
Follow these steps to adjust your volume:
1. Locate the HOLD PLUS equipment and the volume knob. Below is the HOLD PLUS HP-8000. The volume knob is called “Output Volume” on this HP-8000.
2. Call your office number using your cell phone and have your call placed on hold. You should hear your HOLD PLUS production playing.
3. Adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
